White wedding
Hey little sister what have you done
Hey little sister who's the only one
Hey little sister who's your superman
Hey little sister who's the one you want
Hey little sister shotgun
It's a nice day to start again
It's a nice day for a white wedding
It's a nice day to start again
Hey little sister who is it you're with
Hey little sister what's your welsse wish
Hey little sister shotgun oh yeah
Hey little sister who's your superman
Hey little sister shotgun
It's a nice day to start again
It's a nice day for a white wedding
It's a nice day to start again
Pick it up
Take me back home yeah
Hey little sister what have you done
Hey little sister who's the only one (only one)
I've been away for so long (so long)
I've been away for so long (so long)
I let you go for so long
It's a nice day to start again
Come on it's a nice day for a white wedding
It's a nice day to start again, wow
There is nothing fair in this world
There is nothing safe in this world
And there's nothing sure in this world
And there's nothing pure in this world
Look for something left in this world
Start again come one
It's a nice day for a white wedding
Wow, it's a nice day to start again
It's a nice day to start again

In the still of the night

In the still of the night
I held you
Held you tight
'Cause I love
Love you so
Promise I'll never
Let you go
In the still of the night
I remember
That night in May
The stars were bright above
I'll hope and I'll pray
To keep
Your precious love
Well before the light
Hold me again
With all of your might
In the still of the night
So before the light
Hold me again
With all of your might
In the still of the night
In the still of the night

Hitching a ride
Hey mister, where you headed?
Are you in a hurry?
I need a lift to happy hour say oh no
Do you brake for distilled spirits?
I need a break as well
The well that inebriates the guilt
One, two
One, two, three, four
Cold turkey's getting stale
Tonight I'm eating crow
Fermented salmonella poison oak no
There's a drought at the fountain of youth
And I'm dehydrated
My tongue is swelling up
I say one, two
One, two, three, four
Troubled times
You know I cannot lie
I'm off the wagon and I'm hitchin' a ride
There's a drought at the fountain of youth
And now I'm dehydrated
My tongue is swelling up
I say
Troubled times
You know I cannot lie
I'm off the wagon and I'm hitchin' a ride
Hitchin' a ride (don't know where to go)
Hitchin' a ride (don't know where to go)
Hitchin' a ride (don't know where to go)
Hitchin' a ride (don't know where to go)
Hitchin' a ride (don't know where to go)
Hitchin' a ride (don't know where to go)
Hitchin' a ride (don't know where to go)
Hitchin' a ride (don't know where to go)

Fire ( Pointer sisters)

I'm ridin' in your car
You turn on the radio
You're pullin' me close
I just say no
I say I don't like it
But you know I'm a liar
'Cause when we kiss
Ooooh, fire

Late at night
You're takin' me home
You say you wanna stay
I say I wanna be alone
I say I don't love you
But you know I'm a liar
'Cause when we kiss
Ooooh, fire

You had a hold on me
Right from the start
A grip so tight
I couldn't tear it apart
My nerves all jumpin'
Actin' like a fool
Well, your kisses they burn
But my heart stays cool

Well, Romeo and Juliet
Samson and Delilah
Baby you can bet
A love they couldn't deny
My words say split
But my words they lie
'Cause when we kiss
Ooooh, fire

Ooooh, fire
Kisses like fire
Burn me up with fire
I like what you're doin' now
Fire
Touchin' me
Fire
Touchin' me
Burnin' me
Fire
Take me home

Rerenga wairua
Rerenga wairua
Tēnā whakarongo mai
Pāpaki tū ana
Ngā tai o Te Tokerau
Ueoneone rā
He tangata rangatira e
Nō te Aupōuri
Ngāpuhi nui tonu e
Taku ara taku mana
He wahine whakaiti
Reitū te wahine
Nō Tainui waka e
Nāna i moea*
Ko Ueoneone e
Ka puta ka ora
Tātou ngā uri e
Nō reira e te iwi
Kua mutu ngā mihi
Aku tangi kōrero
Aku tangi tikanga e
Noho iho e koro
Ko Ueoneone e
Ngā manaakitia
O te hunga runga rawa e

What a Wonderful Gala story.

Should we have gala ever year.

The first reason why I think we should have a gala every year is because, It helps schools to go when the school goes on their trips that can be like a bird raising money. It is really simple, having a gala can be really hard to prepare by the night or day it is time for the reveal. One of the easiest things I am going to tell you is, if you were to have a gala prepare everything  and the night before so that you are not stressing by the time for the reveal.

The second reason why I think we should have a gala every year is because, it is much FUN for some people. Especially those who really want to make something to sell. Selling things doesn’t mean that whatever you sell the money is yours, it just doesn’t work like that. In our school if we make something for a gala all the money goes towards school trips, graduations, and many more. So don’t you think you should have a gala every year?.

The last reason why I think that we should have a gala every year is because, you could become famous. Not famous but you could be a top chef when you are older, or even a carver. Do you know that if you want to become a chef you don’t have to stay in the kitchen all day and cook. You could step out of the box a bit and do something better, like becoming an artist. Things may not turn up to be how you want them to. So come on let’s make a change and have a gala every year.Yes i think we should.
